Established in 1996, ExpenseAnywhere (formerly known as Virtual Communications, Inc.) has been providing corporate expense management solutions to its clients since 2004. Prior to that the company designed and developed retail and corporate internet banking software. The company has invested multi–millions of dollars to create highly innovative and leading–edge technology solutions that empower businesses to manage their spending, improve their operational efficiency, recognize healthier bottom–line, and enhance green initiatives.

Over the years the company has progressively grown both in head–count and revenue.
