ExpenseAnywhere Releases ExpenseAnywhere 6.0
PITTSBURGH, Nov 8, 2004 - ExpenseAnywhere announced the immediate availability of ExpenseAnywhere® 6.0, its web-based expense management automation solution for medium- to large-size businesses. ExpenseAnywhere 6.0 adds capabilities to assist companies in complying with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulation, and achieve a totally paperless expense management process. Additionally, it provides totally redesigned GUI for enhanced ease of use, and enhanced capabilities for speeding the entry, approval and management of the expense reimbursement process. Major additional features of ExpenseAnywhere 6.0 include:
- Extensive tracking and reporting of expenses for monitoring fraud and risk integral to SOX compliance,
- Offline expense report creation and submission, allowing submitters to manage expense reports offline or online,
- Capability for automatically managing and matching expense receipts that are scanned or that are faxed to a central server reducing receipt tracking and simplifying expense auditing and management.
ExpenseAnywhere 6.0 capabilities also include support for pre-travel expense approvals and ability to support corporate card transaction details.
