ExpenseAnywhere-Lite® is an easy-to-use, intuitive web-based system that is configured as a ready-to-use system and requires no user training.

In a few short steps and through easy to follow screens, your company's administrator can easily setup the system for use in less than an hour. It is that simple and easy!

All you need to do to setup ExpenseAnywhere-Lite is the following:

  1. Enter your company specific information, upload logo and travel policies, if any. The uploaded logo instantly appears on all screens and the policies can be easily accessed by your users from their home pages.
  2. Setup GL details. In two steps, the administrators can enter their GL information and select from over 100 expense types provided standard with the product their specific expense types and add new ones, if need be.
  3. Enter user details
  4. You are ready to use the system. It is that simple!
