Using a standard web browser and any Internet or Intranet connection, your employees logon to ExpenseAnywhere on the web server, and enter their expenses on an online expense sheet. Remotely-located employees, contractors or other team members can use the system as easily and efficiently as those connected directly to your network. Once logged into ExpenseAnywhere, employees categorize business expenses into different categories within your company's Chart of Accounts. If an item covers multiple categories, the transaction can be split as many times as necessary to properly allocate the entire amount. The system automatically calculates mileage charges by simply entering the number of miles driven and allocates the appropriate per diem according to your company's reimbursement policies.
