We are seeking an Office Administrator with 4-6 years of related experience for a full-time position. The candidate must have an Associates degree in Sciences, IT or Business. Must know MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel and possess good communication skills.
The responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Handling human resources
- Buying office supplies
- Answering phones and effectively communicating with clients, vendors and employees
- Support Sales and operations staff
- Scheduling meetings, setting appointments and taking care of meeting details
- Travel arrangements
- Maintenance of office facilities
