Collection of Information
Under Service Agreements with our Clients, we receive and maintain their employee data for the use of our solutions by such Clients and their employees and for providing related services to them.
This data, in general, includes basic employee information like Employee ID, name, and corporate e-mail. Where our Clients use our Pay Services, we also maintain employee’s bank account information, which is stored encrypted. Similarly, we may receive directly from Client’s corporate card provider; the charges billed to corporate cards. ExpenseAnywhere stores such information encrypted and in compliance with PCI-DSS.
Use of Information Collected
ExpenseAnywhere uses the information collected for the delivery of our services requested and needed by our clients and their employees, as well as for our internal operations, statistical analysis, usage and market analysis, and for keeping our clients informed of possible products and services that may enhance their operational efficiencies. ExpenseAnywhere may also contact you about completing surveys and or research questionnaire related to your opinion on current or future services that may be offered.
ExpenseAnywhere does not share, sell or pass on any information collected to any third party at any time. ExpenseAnywhere may, however, disclose the information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so legally by law enforcement agency or by a competent authority with appropriate jurisdiction.
